With over a decade of leadership experience, Karol has held key roles at Pentacomp as CEO, CCO, and CTO, where he was responsible for the company’s strategy, sales, and technological development. Under his leadership, Pentacomp achieved impressive growth – revenues increased by 548%, net profit grew by over 333 times, and the team expanded from 200 to nearly 500 employees. Karol also spearheaded major projects like #ePrescription and #eReferral, establishing Pentacomp as a leader in the Polish e-health market.
Karol’s educational background is just as impressive, holding a distinguished MBA from Kozminski University, a postgraduate degree in Project Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and a Master’s degree from the Military University of Technology in Management Information Systems and Cryptology. His academic background complements his practical experience, positioning him as a versatile leader.
His leadership has significantly contributed to Pentacomp’s recognition, earning prestigious awards like the 2023 Forbes Diamond and the 2023 Business Gazelle. Karol is driven by values such as transparency and integrity, focusing on building diverse teams and quickly adapting to changing market conditions. His ethical approach to business and extensive experience allow him to foster lasting, trust-based relationships.
