A Case Study. 

A biotech team needed to generalise reactivity predictions for a small dataset of sulfonyl-fluoride molecules, a common challenge with targeted covalent inhibitors.

We built a hybrid quantum-classical pipeline that simulated molecular subsystems using 8-qubit active spaces, generated quantum fingerprints, integrated them into a classical ML model, and improved prediction precision over classical-only baselines.

Inspired by methods from Capgemini, IBM Quantum, and GSK.

Outcome: A working PoC and a technical roadmap to scale to larger molecules using hybrid HPC and quantum computing.
