NoMo is the simplest and coolest cash-flow app you can imagine! Keeping personal finances under control without going through bank statements and multiple account balances is possible thanks to integrations with a number of top-tier and challenger UK banks.
Code & Pepper was responsible for refactoring the iOS app code: the back-end in Java was rewritten in C# and .NET Core. The application was then deployed to the cloud using hexagonal architecture in Microsoft Azure.
Other cloud services adopted in the project include: Azure App Service, SQL database, Application Insights, and Docker. The Azure Notification Hub allows for sending push notifications, keeping users up to date with their current cash-flow and communicating in the style of their choice: either friendly, cheeky or motivating!
